As a licensed Professional Engineer in Texas and Florida and a certified Project Management Professional, Veronica has managed projects that touch nearly every corner of infrastructure. She’s led a multi-million dollar wastewater treatment expansion for the City of Houston, managed a major FEMA floodplain remapping effort for the Harris County Flood District, and utility relocations for the San Pedro Creek Culture Park in San Antonio, Texas. From flood mitigation to disaster recovery, she’s delivered projects and programs that make communities safer and more resilient.
